To be specific, it is recommended that you sit 20 minutes, stand 8, and walk 2  around every half hour during your work day.
Keeping moving throughout your work day can keep things flowing and improve your health. In addition, exercise can help improve your energy levels and make the day less monotonous. Working from home can mean moving your laptop to a higher table at some point during the day if you don't have a standing desk at home. It can also mean stopping the day for a short walk or even jumping. Remember to get some exercise at least every hour of your work day, whether you work at home or in the office.
Easy work from home workouts
